Mason Brawley is an attorney and certified public accountant (CPA) and he has practiced exclusively in the areas of trusts and estates since becoming an attorney in 2007.  Mason provides legal assistance in estate planning, business planning, and trust and estate administration.  Mason's experience and expertise have earned him the distinct designation as a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization.

His estate planning practice includes the preparation of revocable trusts, wills, durable powers of attorney, advance health care directives, and related estate planning documents. Mason also drafts and implements irrevocable trusts, such as irrevocable life insurance trusts (ILITs), intentionally defective grantor trusts (IDGTs), and special needs trusts (SNTs). In addition, he represents trustees and executors in all aspects of trust and probate administration.

Mason’s business planning practice includes business counseling, succession planning, and formation of business entities, including limited liability companies, corporations, and partnerships.
